arendal water culture house

The new Water Culture House in Arendal is designed as the centerpiece in the maritime wharf city – Bryggebyen. It is part of a green and blue public park connecting the urban spaces with the harbor front and archipelago of Arendal.

The circular shape provides panoramic views and direct connections from the indoor swimming pool, fitness areas, playful lagoon, water slides, and wellness areas to the outdoor harbor bath in the beautiful archipelago.

The Water Culture House is designed as state of the art holistic sustainable architecture – integrating smart technical solutions, timber construction, wood cladding and detailing making the atmosphere and physical expression warm and welcoming for all visitors year round.
